This is an upscale retirement community located off N. Washington Blvd in Hamilton, Ohio. The room is very big and we would like to have a large display. Access to the room and parking is easy.
We plan on setting up @ 4:30 PM on Thursday August 20th.
Run times will be Friday, August 21st, Saturday the 22nd and Sunday the 23rd; with tear down Sunday the 23rd around 5:00 PM.
Event coordinator for this event will be Bob Thurner, with the assistance of Mark Cooper. Mark will send out a note for your attendance sometime this summer.
