This is an upscale retirement community located off N. Washington Blvd in Hamilton. The room is very big and we would like to have a large display. Access to the room and parking is easy.
We plan on setting up @ 4:00 PM on Thursday September 12th.
Run times will be Friday, September 13th, Saturday the 14th and Sunday the 15th; with tear down Sunday the 15th around 5:00 PM.
Event coordinator for this event will be Bob Thurner, with the assistance of Mark Cooper. Mark will send out a note for your attendance sometime this summer.
