How to Schedule a
Display At Your Location
THE GCMRA WILL
PROVIDE A BEAUTIFUL OPERATING TRAIN LAYOUT
AT
YOUR FACILITY UNDER THE FOLLOWING GUIDELINES:
Layout will vary in size depending on space
available. Minimum room size is 28 x 42
feet. Room must have easy access with no steps.
Large elevator is acceptable. Heat / A.C.
required. Preferred days are Friday thru
Sunday. Other days will be considered on
an individual basis. Preferred times are 9
or 10 AM until 8 or 9 PM Friday and Saturday.
Noon until 5 or 6 PM Sun. Show setup is
the day prior to show opening usually after 4
PM. Take down is immediately after.
Suitable security must be provided overnight.
Other restrictions could apply.
NOW THE BEST PART:
The club will perform free, however due to
the cost of moving, electronic equipment etc. a
donation will be accepted after close of the
show. Donations are not required however. We
have over 20 people involved in putting on a
show. We request that you ADVERTISE to
draw in the intended audience. We
will do the same in most cases.
